Back in 2013, I got myself an HP plotter from your store. This year, 2023, it required a fresh print head. Luckily, you had the genuine HP spare part available. I placed my order, and it showed up in less than a day. In just five minutes, my plotter was back to printing like it was brand new. What else could I possibly want?

I haven't got any details on when my 'express' package is gonna show up, who's bringing it, or if I need to sign for it... It's now been two days since I got the dispatch confirmation, and I still haven't stepped out. Sadly, I gotta head out tomorrow, and I'm back to work on Monday, so I'm not too optimistic about a smooth resolution.

"Could Use Some Clarity"
I get that it’s probably just rounding, but the total on my invoice didn’t line up with what I actually paid. I also grabbed some Canon printing paper and only realized when the invoice arrived that a box for Canon has just 4 reams instead of the usual 5 - this info could’ve been presented better. On the bright side, delivery was quick, but at £7.99, it ought to be.

I was a bit hesitant to try out Plot-IT since I hadn’t come across them before, plus their prices were way lower than other places and their site looked pretty simple. But I decided to give it a shot and I’m really happy I did. The printer showed up in just a few days and they even threw in a free roll of paper. Communication was solid as well. I’ll surely go back to them if I need anything else.
